Hotel Casa Azabache - San Cristobal de las Casas

The room was lovely, but the noise levels were atrocious, with thin walls barely blocking other guests' conversations. I was quite shocked no hair dryer was available, especially in the chilly mornings. I was practically expecting complimentary snacks for these setbacks, but that woudl ve been too much to ask I guess. I just couldn't give a good review.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. The hotel was in a central setting to pretty much everything. And it's just a pleasant stroll away from El Lechon Coleto, ate there once or twice...

Do recommend this quiet and wonderful hotel in a good location very close to bars and restaurants. All is great, I had a nice trip. The staff is very kind and nice at all the levels.

Excellent tour organization.

The location was marvellous, within a close distance from a 16th - century baroque church. Our great value for money and beautifully decorated room was complete with hammock and nice decoration and shared bathroom.

Comfy beds and a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Clean bathroom and walk-in showers with good sewerage.

I loved the beautiful design of my room with local crafts that created a warm atmosphere. The communal kitchen was perfectly equipped, with access to coffee, tea, and water. The tranquil garden area was a serene spot to unwind after a busy day, and I adored lounging in the hammocks, reading and relaxing.

The room was immaculate, with a cozy atmosphere and beautiful furnishings that enhanced the stay. The location was ideal, just a five-minute walk from local attractions. The walls were quite thin, leading to disturbances from neighboring guests that could disrupt sleep at times. While there was a well-equipped communal kitchen, it could benefit from having more varied food options available .

Relaxing Stay with Minor Inconveniences

The staff did wake us to move our clothes from a smoking area, unnecessary. That, the cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. Consider using the laundry area when it's less busy.

The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It boasts a central location, conveniently situated about medium distance from the National Emergency Services Museum. The units are spacious and modern, and there is a great variety of delicious options available for breakfast.
